Engine option for 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty is strong 6.2L SOHC 2-valve Flex Fuel V8. Same powertrain is placed in 2015 F-250 model. This V8 delivers almost 400 hp. Other option is 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel engine. Both drivetrains are mated to a 6-speed TorqShift automatic gearbox. This transmission system is made to boost high-torque performance and dependability, but rpm rate is smaller with it because torque converter locks up at lower speeds. The 6.2-l option for 2015 F-350 Super Duty could be upgraded to CNG/LPG package to be bi-fuel model, enabling it to use natural gas or unleaded gasoline.

Some packages are built in top trim levels of the 2015 F-350 Super Duty. But, base, F-350 XL could be upgraded with Appearance Package if buyers would like to boost infotainment systems, or interesting could be Camper Package. Also, all models could be upgraded with FX4 Off Road Package. With it, buyers get Hill Descent Control, transfer case and fuel tank skid plates. This package requires 4×4 and limited-slip rear axle.

More equipped and more expensive is F-350 XLT with starting price of $36.000, followed with F-350 Lariat. This one cost $44.000. Last two models are most equipped and buyers can find most features in it. The 2015 Ford F-350 King Ranch breaks $50.000 price mark, while top of the class is F-350 Platinum edition with price around $55.000.
