New vehicle will get the latest MINI Connected infotainment system which you can integrate with smartphones and internet services. Touchscreen display at the center stash will contain many apps which could be controlled from joystick.
Outside, shape is the same. For 2015 Countryman, car gets chrome air-vent trim and anthracite-colored dials, which are standard. Truck will be enlarged, with up to 42 cubic feet of volume with folded rear seats. Sportier 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman S will have some more chrome details, with underbody guards. From standard features, notable are 17-inch alloy wheels, fog lights in LED technology, piano-black colored accents and wide range of exterior colors.

Powertrains for new 2015 Countryman will remain the same as for previous model. Front-wheel drive system is standard again, while AWD is also available. As for engines, we will have three options for 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. Base models will be equipped with 1.6-l 4-cylinder engine capable for 121 hp. Turbocharged 1.6-l is placed in sportier Vooper S Countryman with higher output of 181 hp. Top of the range is special John Cooper Works model with modification of the same drivetrain and 211 hp under its hood. All engines are mated to 6-speed manual gearbox.

New 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman has not been tested yet for crush safety. But, last year testing at Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded it with “Good” in all categories. For 2015 year model, safety is upgraded with tire-pressure sensor system, daytime running lights, and a parking-alert assistant.
