Under the hood you will find the same 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine, which outputs 109 horsepower and has a max torque of 107 lb-ft. Transmission looks a little bit outdated. You can choose between 5-speed manual, 4-speed automatic or Nissan’s Xtronic CVT. Fuel economy isn’t good as you will expect from this kind of a car. It is rated at 27 mpg in the city and 36 mph. However, if you choose CVT gearbox, you will get slightly better results – 31 mpg city and 40 mpg highway.
